Niki's Role: Social Media Manager and Social Media Producer
The Theme: Using Lin-Manuel Miranda's digital presence to help boost the "Almost Like Praying" single, the exclusive merchandise line created by TeeRico, and various promotion of relief efforts for Puerto Rico. By using celebrity activation around the #AlmostLikePraying hashtag, TeeRico was able to spread the message around the globe.
Results: Raised over $14 million for the people of Puerto Rico. The single, “Almost Like Praying” used as a message of hope during this campaign debuted at #20 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts. During the three week campaign, TeeRico’s social traffic earned 5.1m impressions and traffic was up by 50%.

Niki had an integral role in the social media launch around the single “Almost Like Praying.” The campaign was announced live on the TODAY show and was supported by an additional appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.
The heart of the campaign was in response to the devastation of Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria. For this campaign, Lin-Manuel Miranda and TeeRico created an exclusive merchandise line and boosted a collaborative single of the same name, featuring the most coveted Latinx artists including Gloria Estefan, Ruben Blades, Jennifer Lopez, Marc Anthony, Juan Luis Guerra, and more. Both pieces worked toward driving funds for the people of Puerto Rico to aid in various relief efforts. For this specific campaign, TeeRico collaborated with the Hispanic Federation and Lin-Manuel Miranda.
